Special Occasions
Some of our thoughtful donors have asked their friends and family to donate to Children of the Andes as a means of commemorating a special occasion or date. We are truly grateful for our supporters who think about our work and the children we support at a special time for them and their loved ones. You can either create a page online to mark your occasion or collect the donations and send them on to us.
Buy our vibrant Colombian jewellery - its all FAIR TRADE so there's no child labour or exploitation involved in the production, and all the profits go towards our work with children in Colombia - see our stock here, and email us if anything takes your fancy. You can pay by credit card or online.
Donate as a gift - if you'd like to make a donation to COTA instead of buying someone a present let us know and we'll send a personal thank you card to your friend. You can also ask people to donate to us instead of giving YOU a gift! Please tell your friends about our work.
Alternative Christmas cards - as the world becomes more aware of climate change, we are all looking for ways to protect the environment. A great way to do your bit is to donate to COTA what you would normally spend on Christmas cards and stamps. You save trees, and support a great cause at the same time. We'll send you an acknowledgement by email and you can create a special e-card (like this one) to send to your loved ones explaining why they haven't received post from you this year!
